The process is unnecessarily dragged but some of the interviewers were really nice and engaging. After passing the tech rounds I was not offered interviews with HMs. Felt like they wasted my time prepping for the tech rounds only to not be matched with a HM :(
The process felt unnecessarily long although some of the interviewers were genuinely nice and engaging. After successfully passing the technical rounds, I was never offered interviews with any hiring managers. It felt like I spent a significant amount of time preparing for the technical interviews only to not be matched with a hiring manager and I received little to no communication afterward.
Eventually I took the silence as a rejection and moved on. However, I think the process could have been handled more professionally, especially considering the amount of time and effort candidates invest in preparing for multiple interview rounds. :(
