I applied online and got a response shortly after. However the response was to write an essay rather than having an interview. It even asked questions about high school, which might make you think that you are applying for a fresh grad role, however even nowadays companies don't ask these questions anymore as they know it is nonsense.
I immediately withdrew, unbelievable that they believe that this is a good hiring practice. If any company does this or asks this from you as a first step, run away, don't give them the benefit of the doubt, it's poor hiring practice and instills actually more bias than they think.
