Very straightforward interview. The interview team asked general questions about my strengths, weaknesses and previous project work. They also explored my teamwork and conflict resolution experience. Nothing out of the ordinary if you are prepared and have the experience.

Interview was initiated by a employee referral, then a 45 minute phone screening, which was followed by a 1;1 HR interview, followed by PM team members review and finally the director and a few other management members to complete the interview.

Interview
The first in-person job interview is typically a one-on-one interview between the applicant and a hiring manager. The interviewer was cordial, and the people were friendly.
