    At the end of the day... your just a number to the executives and it doesn't matter how well you perform, the numbers are all that matters to them

    15/6 rotation and good benefits

    Cons

    - Arrogant supervisors and managers who lack knowledge and professionalism - Most time spent at the shop sweeping and getting yelled at by uneducated managers - You are nothing but just a number and pretty much there isn't a policy and anyone can be fired at anytime for reason or no reason. You can get multiple write ups in the same day for nothing - Field work isn't based on hard work and experience, its basically based on how much your manager likes you and whether you run errands for them or not
