Online Interview, where questions are asked and you film your response. Answered 5 questions, each took around 2-3 minutes to film and answer. Following there was an in-person interview, that was standard for a restuarant type job.
Walked in, talked to a manager. I mentioned I grew up playing sports similar to her- she liked me, but "said I can't make u a server yet since you dont have experience"- biggest lie in restaurant history. Because she liked the sports and that I went to post secondary and my vibe brought someone to hire me as an expo

Sat down for 3 interviews and got hired on the spot, they were very kind and clear. Was relatively quick and seamless. Did have to do a follow up though
