Interview
One HireVue interview and one regular interview. The hirevue interview was 7/8 questions and you had about a minute to think of what to say before answering. Second one was with two CVS/Aetna employees. They asked a lot of the same questions as the Hirevue, but also more job specific ones as well.

Q: tell me about a time where you faced a difficult challenge and how did you overcome it?
The first interview is a recorded video, you have around 3 minutes to prepare for each question before it starts recording. Then you have 3 minutes to record your response. Before you start the interview recording, they allow you to practice recording yourself answering practice questions as many times as you like.

Q: Tell us about a time where you took initiative and lead your team.
Q: What makes you a good fit for this position
The was a hive first that asked a few behavioral questions such as why underwriting and what you knew about CVS. Then there was a phone interview with two managers who asked about why you wanted to go into underwriting and any leadership experience.
