I had two phone interviews. One with the HR recruiter and one with the core team I'm currently employed with. When I interviewed with the recruiter over the phone they asked about my experience, what my current salary was and discussed more about the job. The overall experience was good and the recruiters answered my specific questions. Before being flown out to meet the team I talked to them over the phone and answered questions about my work history and my skill set. In person we talked more in depth and then I flew home and accepted the job.
