They are basically all about experience and availability, they also ask about real life scenarios and how long can you see yourself with the company ! They do ask do you have any restrictions on times you can work just be honest up front because scheduling is really flexible. They let you know that the schedule is printed 3 weeks in advance and if you call out you have to find someone to cover your shift
Online quiz of interactive situations and then standard ranking of personality traits, then phone interview with pharmacy manager about expectations and responsibilities and in person interview with manager on availability

How would you react if a customer starts yelling at you?
I applied online on their official website. Pharmacy manager reached out to me about two weeks after. They ask basic questions such as tell me about your self and something related with teamwork.
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
