I applied thought my university career website, they contacted me after about a week. Setup an in-person interview.
Did a written test with some basic math question and pseudo code. (30 minutes)
I was graded by some developer, they called me to another office and had an interview with two developers. Some white board questions about databases and code.
Went to the VP of software developer office and got an offer.

Question 1
Explain how would you create a database for car ownership similar to DMV.
They ask general questions about you including why you love software engineering and the projects you worked on. And they give you some small quizzes to see your logic and thought process.

applied through a school career fair. A few days later, I received an email with a small project to finish by the day before the interview. There was a 1 hour coding/math exam on paper. I passed the exam and proceeded to the interview. I was interviewed by 2 people, the questions were mostly "what if" scenarios, no technical.

Applied through career fair. Called me for an interview next week. Started with a 30 min test they give your that involves some puzzles and logic. Also some basic programming questions like string manipulation.
