Interview was done over the phone, asking questions about experience in the actuarial field, projects you've done that apply to this area, projects that you've done that went wrong and how you handled it, an example of how you've demonstrated integrity, and what makes you qualified for this position.

Interview
The process was a phone screener with a recruiter and then an interview with a panel of three interviewers. You spend about 30 minutes with each interviewer and their are two other candidates with you interviewing simultaneously.
It was all behavioral questions but they do have a case study question that they want you to give your input on.
Definitely look over the attachments they send you with potential interview questions as they were very similar to what I was asked!
