Interview
Short and asked non relevant questions. Asked no technical questions what so ever and kept asking when I could work and small talk. That was the second round interview. The first interview they told me the job I applied for was filled (they said this at the end of the interview) and put me in for a second round interview but for a different role. Very weird experience.

Interview
The first level interview was a behavioral interview with HR and the hiring manager. They were interviewing for open positions on several teams and asked what I was looking to work on compared to what they had available.

They asked for examples of what I had worked on in previous positions and how I overcame difficulties.
It was an okay process. The recruiter was fine - asked a bunch of HR-type questions. The hiring manager asked strange questions about the extent of my SQL experience but didn't really ask any concrete questions. I ended up not getting an offer because I was asking for too high of a salary. Their software developers are paid abysmally given the current market.
