CH2M Telecommunications Graduate Program interview questions

I applied online in the end of December 2015. I received an email for a phone interview in February 2016 and was given 4 different dates to choose from, all of which were in March. During the phone interview I was interviewed by their recruiter for ~25 minutes. She called me from Krakow, although the position was in the UK, and I understood that she had no idea about the position, because she couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the job. Furthermore, I feel that she didn't understand the technical terms I was using. So, as a result, I don't believe she gave the company the right review. She was friendly and encouraging though.
