CENX Senior Software Developer interview questions

After applying, there was no feedback until almost 5 months later when an HR rep called and asked some basic questions and asked to schedule an interview for the following day. The interview was in two parts, one by the same HR rep followed by a technical interview. The two combined lasted over 2 hours but they offered drinks and the room was comfortable. Within a couple business days they sent an offer and within two weeks I was able to start. The payroll process is painless and it only takes a day or two to be in the system and receiving direct deposits.
