Competency based questions around cs and your experience. Pretty easy if your prepared. Call taking test you have to take a call and make the correct notes withgood spelling Overall not too bad

Long but clearly laid out with a normal question questions to understand siutaitonal judgement and then a fake phone call for information recording. Then had to finish off with watching some staff take calls
