Very short phone interview. In person interview with the manager in Nashville office. Drove from out of town, but never heard back after the interview. Not even a follow up email

Lengthy 3 week process. One phone call, in office interview with a 1-2 hour assessment, and a final interview with managers. No follow up which is inconsiderate, but overall the people were pleasant.

The interview processed was good & smooth. HR called within 2 weeks after the interview and gave an offer. Salary & benefits wise is quite attractive. There’a a Performance bonus but no AWS. It’s a good company but very steep learning curve for beginners
