I had a call with the Head of Engineering, during which I was invited to proceed with a technical interview, followed by a culture fit interview. The entire process was clearly explained, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Throughout the process, I stayed in regular contact with the HR representative, who was very supportive and approachable. During each interview, I was given the opportunity to ask questions about the product and company processes, which helped me gain a deeper understanding. In the end, I received an offer. Having enjoyed my interactions with the team, appreciating the challenging yet rewarding interview process, and resonating with the company culture, I decided to accept the offer.

I had two initial calls. The first was an initial screening, and the second was with the engineering manager. The second call was a bit clumsy - the manager had slow internet and bad microphone, making it difficult to understand him from time to time. The day after my second call, I received a rejection email without any feedback. I would not go with them again. They ask candidates to be open but on the other hand they do not provide feedback.
