      Not good anymore

      Pros

      - You could learn a lot, there people with string knowledge. - They have budget for learning.

      Cons

      - Started nice at the beginning, but the latest changes showed the real background of the company, hiding software installation to track all your behavior. - Extra work for engineers, on call 24/7 for a couple of more euros. - Not real career path, promoting friends instead of real skills. -

      It has a good culture, a growing startup, and a work-life balance. They care about growing people's careers.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. As a startup is very result-driven and can end up with layoffs with bad performances.

      If you dont like working in a fast paced changing environment this is not for you. German company, sometimes you get micro managed
