I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CALVIN KLEIN (New York, NY) in Feb 2010
Interview
At first, there is a lot of run around with communicating back and forth through emails and phone calls with administrative people. But, once you do finally interview, it is a great experience to wait for. You get to meet the head honchos, especially the director of women's ready to wear, which I don't know if i can mention in my review, but if you know anything about Calvin Klein Ready to Wear for women's, then you know who I'm talking about. It is an amazing experience that I'll never forget. The head designer is so down to earth and so passionate, people that you would want to be friends with for life and can say that you respect them and their amazingly genius skills. Of course, I must mention the design aesthetic of the entire space within the design studio is beautiful beyond words and represents the brand to a t.

I applied online. I interviewed at CALVIN KLEIN (New York, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
The most disorganized unprofessional interview experience I have ever had. Complete waste of my time. I interview with the Design Director and they told me they would email me with a project prompt and that I would interview with the VP next. Never heard from him even after following up. Then the head of recruitment emailed me and requested an interview. She told me in the interview that I would do a project. I never received an email about this project over the month that these interviews took place. Then they ghosted me. Complete lack of professionalism and organization. I wouldn't want to work there knowing how they handled this one interview I can only imagine how the company is run overall.

No pressure.
They give you 1 week for project like any other company. Nothing outstanding from the process. All the people that I encountered was very nice and kind.
