Straightforward interviews - had interviews with internal CA Recruiter, Local Sales Director and Regional Sales Director. Very easy going interview styles without any traps or trick questions. Learned about company culture and was able to meet with members of the team. Professional and seasoned office environment. Process was swift without delays between various interview rounds - fast internal decision making and straightforward negotiations.

HR to call and get the first interaction. Than, directors and some times VPs will interview you and ask about market tendencies and technical skills. There are many candidates everytime they have a position. Have an internal indication helps you to be in contact with the executives faster than others.
