Applied online, got a response from a recruiter to set up a phone interview, which lasted about 30 minutes. Potential in-person, on-site interview to follow. Pretty standard questions on the phone interview, nothing that caught me off guard. Interviewer was engaging, positive, and answered any questions I had.

Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
