Interview
Very smooth, took about a week. Initial phone interview, then followed by a on site technical interview. Initially applied through college career fair. After tech interview, heard back in a day with an offer. They decide very fast. Tech interview consists of 3 rounds of 45 minute interviews with different people, not one-on-one. Whiteboard coding.
Recruiter interview then technical. Technical interview involved C# language specific questions (what does "using" mean) and database questions (how would you design a relational database involving students, classes, and registration).
