Interview
Standard phone interview first and then called into office for panel interview in two phases: 1) Two supervisors and then 2) Training/HR guy and Assistant Branch Manager. The interview went very well but I heard back the next day they went another direction. Very misled during the process as if I was going to be offered a job only to make a 180 later.

recruiter phone screen → 1–3 interviews (behavioral, sometimes case/technical) → final panel or hiring manager interview; may include assessments or presentations. there was an in person meeting at the end at the office
Positive, very clear about interview process and role expectations. Transparent about culture and pay structure. Felt inviting and warm. Pretty easy interview, they just wanted to know more about me and if my personality would fit in well with the culture and team.
Good interview. Liked how professional the recruiter was. Also liked how professional the process was when go to the in person interview. Happy with the company's interview process and their people.
