brief shadowing before general interview consisting of about 10 questions. Casual conversational atmosphere. I was asked to go over scenarios from my past work experience and explain how I went about solving problems.

Describe a time when you overcame a difficulty in your job
It was comfortable. Didn’t feel completely interrogative. Interviews were nice, and genuinely seemed interested in the individual as a person and not just a object of employment, based upon the question asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Mar 2020

A entrevista foi marcada rapidamente após eu enviar o currículo. Desde a recepcionista ate o chefe do time que me fez a entrevista, todos eram super amáveis e me fizeram sentir muito confortável. A entrevista durou cerca de uma hora, grande parte dela em ingles ja que a posição pedia ingles fluente. A vaga nao pedia experiencia na função.
