I was contacted via text by the company's recruiter after I applied. He mentioned he will give my resume to the hiring manager and will get back to me. After that I never heard back from him. I understand I might not be a good fit for the position but since I was respectful of your time, the least you can do is reply to my follow up...very unprofessional interview process.

Interview
- 15 minute call with Recruiter - 30 minute Video Call with Hiring Manager - 4 30 minute Video Calls with 4 different employees - 30 minute presentation on a tech or software to employees and hiring manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- tell me about yourself - are you tech savvy? - What is a DAM? - Talk about a time you completed a large project
Like many others have said on here- ghosted after the interview. Recruiter reached out to me, so I decided to do the interview and he was very responsive at first, then after the interview with the hiring manager, I followed up with him and the interviewer and never heard back from either of them. Seems like this is happens pretty often based on other responses. Hiring manager was very unprepared, interview was really awkward. I’ll admit I didn’t perform the best during the interview, but the interviewer definitely did not either. Low energy and seemed like she didn’t care what my responses were. Think I definitely dodged a bullet here. Find some decency to get back to interviewees who take time out of their schedule to talk to you.
