Bushel interview questions

The interview was a multi-part process. Had a design challenge that felt lengthy and unnecessary steps. I understand creating an asset or two, but as a designer it felt like a way to get free ideas.

Interview included a lot of people, was a group setting where I was asked questions from a round table of people. There was no one clear leader of the interview and it was more about getting to know who I was and who they were.
