They were supportive during the interview, they try to help when I was stuck or did not understand the question.

What will you do if your colleague is not a team player?
The interview was conducted through the video interview. There were questions about responsibilities of Nurse including critical decision making, education, intervention, infection control, health promotion, collaborative care, teamwork, integrity, advocacy, and supervising.
