It's a joke. No real care for your actual experience. They just want warm bodies. Ghosted and then suddenly everything needs to happen right now. Not even sure I met the person I will work for.

Apparently this company has a strict routine when it comes to contacting a potential hire. Be ready for a phone call interview approximately one week after submitting your resume. No advance warning, no courtesy call or e-mail from HR to confirm scheduling. Worse, they fail to leave a voicemail. You may receive a second call later in the afternoon, again without a message. Guess they're fans of the churn and burn approach.
