Brookdale uses the Targeted Selection Process, which is very tough and stressful. You are first contacted by a recruiter who will discuss the position with you over the phone and then that recruiter will discuss the phone interview with one of the department managers, who will then decide if they want you to come in for an interview. Either the recruiter or the department manager may contact you for the interview. You will then go through the first round of Targeted Selection and will be called back for further Targeted Selection interviews if you do well in this process (up to 3-4 rounds depending on how you and the other candidates do in the process). The recruiter will contact you if you are to come back or if you are to receive an offer.
