The interviews were part of an assessment day. The day was very informal, 2 or 3 group activities followed by a short Interview. The activities were Role play and team work activities, identifying what good service looks like etc

quick and smooth, felt at ease the interviewer asked about experience and why wanted the job I felt listened to and the recruiter took the time to hear my answers it was a good experience
In depth and challenging, but nice people, and a lovely building in the heart of Cardiff. I didn't get the role, but it was a good learning experience for me. I had a telephone interview first of all, followed by a face-to-face interview together with a live role-play task.

Interview
Very informative, enquiry into certain skills that will be required in the role hence allowed one to expand on their skills however the questions were difficult. I would recommend this however you must be confident and committed to address your skills and knowledge to appear transparent.
