Very professional interview with 2 staff members that had read my CV thoroughly and gave me time to ask questions. I had the opportunity to explain myself and did get some difficult situational questions, as to be expected.

Question 1
Would you be interested in professional development?
The interview process was normal, classic, and easy to follow. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Communication was clear throughout, and the overall experience felt organised, welcoming, and positive.
Professional. It followed a structure of questions based on behavioural competencies which examined a range of behaviours from organisation to holding people accountable. The interview was very much about illustrating these required competencies to prior experience.

Interview
When I applied there were physical people in HR in Singapore. Now HR is a portal. You have to do a timed video interview with set questions. If you get through that you will be interviewed by real people.
