Split into two parts, airline and competence questions. 45 mins long, two interviewers. The interviewers asked a range of questions such as 'tell us everything you know about the A320' to 'give us an example of when you have performed good customer service'

Assessment centre, team exercise, solo interview. Mix of technical and non technical questions. Interesting experience. Many people going through the same process at the same time. Be mindful of your behaviour and surroundings at all times. The psychometric tests are worth practicing before you attend the assessment day
