I applied to bridgewater through a recruiter. Once they send your resume, you're automatically send bwater culture videos and a personality test. The test was time consuming considering you don't automatically get an interview out of it, but not terrible and kind of interesting. A week later I received an email from bwater that there were not currently any openings that were a match.
