      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Box in Apr 2022

      Overall, I enjoyed meeting members of the CSM team and how the day-to-day role functions. However, the final challenge is a poor example of how a CSM would run a QBR/meeting with only 20 minutes. I skipped over intros altogether based on internal employees who have mentioned that they are a total waste of time and can ask for title and name prior to starting. The feedback I received about not being hired was that I didn't tie Box to customers' strategic initiatives and/or make recommendations. However, in reviewing this presentation with other Box employees that were not the case. When I asked for clarifying feedback as to why I was not selected, I was given a vague answer that didn't provide clarity into this decision. This experience doesn't make me not want to interview again, but I don't appreciate the vague, unsupported feedback.
