It was positive process. It took one month with 5 Interviews (3 rounds). It was a lot of behavioral and culture fit questions. You talk to a recruiter to see if your a good fit and if so you get pushed to the next round with back to back interviews with senior leadership. Be prepared with questions and answers & why you want to work for BCG. I suggest practicing until you can recite your answers in your sleep.

Question 1
Describe a time you had to handle multiple deadlines at a time. Why BCG? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? How do you stay organized?
I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Two round interview process with many situational questions— all BCG interviews are like this. The recruiter reached out quickly afterwards to extend an offer and provided the offer letter same day.

Question 1
How do you deal with ambiguity? How do you handle conflicting priorities?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2022
Interview
There was a 3 step interview process. First was a quick phone interview with the recruiter, then a video interview with the manager. The last interview was with two members of the talent acquisition team. The interview process was tedious and communication between interviews was poor. I was told I was moved forward to the next round of interviews but then had to wait two weeks before I heard anything about when it was going to occur. Additionally, I was never formally rejected from the position, and when I reached out to the recruiter I was ghosted. Overall, very unprofessional.
