    Pros

Rated as one of the top 5 best employers each year in Fortune - for a reason! A great employer, whether you are a consultant or working for one of the supporting functions

    Cons

Hours and intensity can be high at times when major deadlines are approaching

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on your approach to managing staff as it is a key differentiator in the consulting industry

I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time

    Pros

Amazing culture and people (some of my best friends are current / former colleagues); great growth opportunity; Very attractive compensation package

    Cons

Many peaks and valleys in your hours, and depending on how busy the office is - can be more peaks than valleys. This is one of the bigger knocks on consulting in general.

    Advice to Management

Create more opportunities for international experience. In recruiting it's often made to sound like you can work anywhere - and in reality that's often reserved for the highest performers.
