There were 4 interviews total, which were all conducted over Zoom. It included interviews with HR, hiring manager, principal, partner. The whole process took about two months from start to finish, which felt very dragged out and long. Had some really great interviews and stimulating conversations. However, I did not hear back for several days after the final round interview. I reached back out to the recruiter, who responded back quickly and said they had decided to take the position in a different direction so they would not be moving forward. Basically, they changed the JD after final round interviews. So much time was wasted for everyone. Plus, it was disappointing that I had to reach out for this update. BCG, do better!
