Interviewed on campus, 2 case interviews with 5-10 mins personality and behavioural questions with the other 20 mins focused on a case that was interviewee led, two different interviewers at different levels in the company and left time for questions at the end
Case study and personal experiences. They give you a lot of material to prepare with, it's a lot about structured thinking. Make sure you prepare the case study structures and know what experiences you can use to answer.
They were looking for someone who would be willing to jump in to multiple roles, not just the one advertised and the pay did not reflect my expectations for the level of work they wanted.
1st round of the interview process: A behavioral interview (virtually with an employee/consultant on the Zoom platform) and online questions (online platform multiple choices and calculations) average level of difficulty
