I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2011
Interview
On-campus MBA intern interview process. I went through the standard MBA on-campus recruiting process. Over several months, I attended presentations, dinners, special events for high-potential women etc. I then submitted my CV and cover letter along with my office preferences online. A few days later BCG invited me for an interview on the "closed" list. The interview was 2 back to back one on one interviews that were 95% case based. The other 5% was basically a quick CV review.

I don't understand why you want this job. It doesn't make sense with your CV.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.

Got to second round with 4 different interviewees who were all generally quite laid back and easy to talk to. Case studies were quite challenging but interviewees will guide you through it.
