Interview
Very transparent, several interviews and an IQ test. Interviews spread over 2days. Interviews split in 2 parts: questions about yourself (weakness, success, team player, specific CV items - basic story telling)
and case studies. More colorful and interesting than standard cases and other competitors. One interviewer liked giving strict deadlines for answers ("you have 30 sec to give me your recommendations" etc.)

I was contact by a recruiter to apply for this position. The interview included a computer test with quantitative questions and language assessment (this was for a bilingual speaking role).

The interview requires a lot of case prep and also needs you to be engaging - interviewee led. My personal experience was not as great as the interviewer had not turned her camera on and only realized at the end of the interview.

Robot based assessment. Very interesting and intriguing - each question builds up and eventually leads up to us having to provide a recommendation based on the case study provided. There were a total of 12 questions, where it required general business concepts which can be learned relatively easily.
