Project life cycle experiences, cultural fit and personality oriented discussions, presentation to a group of more than a dozen people explaining a technical topic, no HR discussion except for negotiations

Interview
The first screen interview went well and was very professional. A challenge was requested to write an API in a microservices approach. In the final interview, they decided to not move on.
