    Pros

    Great team atmosphere, management is easy to approach and genuinely cares about their employees. Everyone is willing to cover for each other and schedules are flexible.

    Cons

    Lots of change happening, sometimes affected retail location negatively.

    Good training , great products , got to travel for meetings

    Not much room to grow , as head office in the USA ... and they seem to be downsizing retail stores .

    The company name is so big! Well known and good to be added in the resume.

    Cons

    The management is not qualified to lead the store. They treat the employees based on their mood - not rational at all! Also, they are not skilled enough when it come to customer care. I saw the manager and other team leaders treat customers roughly!

    Great product, customers are inquisitive and relevant engagement strategies

    Cons

    Very poor communication from upper management, human resources, and corporate offices all together. Little to no support for stores when required and forced to make due with what we have at hand in most cases.
