Interview
HR Interview for personal information,Face to face Technical interview with Team Leader and Sr. Engineer(Explanation of Last Job profile and New Job Profile ), Telephonic interview with National Manager,
HR Round, Submission of Documents
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bose
Interview
Initially was sent a boilerplate form rejection email, only to be emailed a few weeks later that they "sent that in error" and to schedule a phone interview. After two weeks of attempting to get the interview scheduled, I was told they were holding off on hiring for the position. After a few weeks of being told there were no updates/they were still holding off, the position was reposted, and upon putting my application in for that new position, I was again sent the boilerplate automated rejection email.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bose (Boston, MA)
Interview
Day long interview with 5 to 6 people onsite at the Bose R&D building. You meet with engineers, managers and a director. Its a pretty low pressure process and as long as you know basic engineering principals you should do well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about past experiences, type of roles you had, materials, design and analytical questions. The analytical questions are tough and it would be best to brush up on the basics.
