online assessment - fairly straightforward with a normal test on numerical, cognitive, and IQ sections.
face to face interview with senior management answering competency-based questions as well as a quick trial run to see how I'd handle customer queries in person.

Question 1
describe a situation where you demonstrated good communication/teamwork.
It was alright. Prepare to answer behavioural and situational questions using CAR method. Be honest and nice, showing you have empathy, makes you feel more relatable. Need patience to deal with difficult customers but team is good
Very kind interviewer, interesting and well thought out questions. I personally found it a very positive experience that, although I did not get the job, I am glad I was able to have as it improved my confidence for future interviews.
