I applied for book lead. I get to my interview and it’s a group interview for sales associate. At the end of the interview manager says that’s it’s about 10-20 hours a week for sales associate role. I had applied for full time book lead so I was disappointed with the interview. I have some management experience and it was a waste of my time to interview for sales associate.

Quick phone call to set up time. In person interview in back room. Didn’t ask many questions mainly talked about selling their rewards program. Person seemed interested to be doing the interview.
Easy standard questions know about About the company. need a business plan 30/60/90 . It was about a 2 week process. Had multiple interviews and a panel interview . Final interview in Atlanta
