It was easy, pretty much they take everyone and people leave often, its not a job for everyone, door to door is hard work and you must be willing to learn on your own

Interview
There wasn't much of one, really. It was too easy and over too quickly. The questions are very brief, yes or no questions largely. The interview was done over the phone.

"Do you have any prior sales experience?"
"Do you like to be outside?"
"You'll be doing a lot of walking, are you ok with that?"
"Would you have any health ailments that might occur due to being out in the sun for long periods of time?"
"Do you own a car?"
"You'll likely be out working in excessive heat, are you ok with that?"
The interview was so
Old and straight forward. Was Initially a group interview to see who is i treated after receiving company information , the separate one in one interviews for those that were. Seems like they pretty much hire anyone who shows serious interest.

Interview
Two step process, followed by training. All easy to understand, and communication was good through the whole process, with regular reminders for the online meeting times. Hiring managers were all good at explaining the role.
