Sales training is effective and always interesting. The energy in the office keeps everyone motivated to help North Carolina go solar. Working as a 1099, the pay with Blue Raven Solar is never a worry. Great company to work for.
Very independent work environment, can be an issue for some.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Raven Solar (New York, NY (US)) in March-2015.
Process was long and it took awhile to get started. I did not enjoy the fact how they had to fly me out in order to interview me. What if I was not qualified? I'd waste my time leaving my previous job.
We held our first annual Solar Giveaway, installing a complete solar power system for free to Utah resident Matt Smith.
Our installers and many employees from our headquarters gathered at Matt's home in West Valley for the culminating event of this project, the solar installation, and our employees got the opportunity to see an installation firs-hand and try out some of the equipment.
