The interview process was not bad. They sent me a message through zoom and we scheduled a phone call for them to get a feel for me, Then there was a zoom call were we completed the interview
The interview process consists of 4 phases: An initial phone call with HR, a phone call with the leadership, a phone call with an investor, then an in-person interview with leadership

The interview process was really casual, and a lot of people were involved, which I appreciated. The company values both expertise in the subject as well as a good fit for the culture. HR was very flexible with special requests I had concerning scheduling and paperwork. Follow-up interviews were scheduled swiftly.
