Quick interview process. Submitted application, received a call request for an interview a week later, had a phone interview, then interview with center manager in person. Plenty of communication throughout the process.

Why you want to work here, explain a difficult customer and how you handled it, what your friends/coworkers would say about you. Fairly straight forward interview with basic questions. Bonus points if you’re already a phleb or have a certification for it

It was very easy! Was an online question screening, then an in person interview. The questions were manageable and the overall process was not dragged out. Overall would definitely recommend interviewing for/working for Biolife!
