Interview
I submitted my application and was called about a week later to come in for an interview with a couple of Shift Managers, Chris and Seth. I was asked a few basic questions and was then sent off and was told I'd be given a call if I was to be considered a good candidate to be hired there. A few days later I got a call and was asked to come in for a second interview with the General Manager, Kathy. Was asked similar questions and a few new ones and was told that I would be a good addition to the team and was sent off once more and was told I'd be contacted later with details. Got contacted one final time with information as far as filing the proper paperwork and getting through a drug screening process which took about one more week before I was put into the store induction. There we learned about the company and it's values as well as it's history. Overall an easy experience and not very difficult at all. They helped guide me through the process.
Waited for about ten minutes and then had a short interview. They asked basic questions about how I would deal with customers and my knowledge on technology. Overall I would say that it was a pretty fair and ordinary interview.

Interview
They called me in for two interviews.
One with a supervisor then the final with the store’s general manager. If the general manger approves of you, then they offer you the job in the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of one time you’ve ever went above and beyond for someone, even if it seemed unreasonable .
There is always two interviews you will go in for your first one and if you do well they will push you to the GM interview they will ask questions about your personal experiences at other jobs or in your life that you have overcame and questions about how you handled a difficult situation with someone or a task and was able to help the customer or overcome the task to complete it don't expect to be in the interview long and always have a good answer nothing short or pause for a long time thinking of an answer. If hired there will be about 2 weeks of learning about technology and everything new you will not be thrown on the sales floor by yourself until they know you are comfortable with selling products. Good luck!!
