Interview
1st Supervisor of the department of the job you are applying for.
2nd Assistant Manager searching for the right demonstration of skills. This interview is usually the deciding factor.
3rd General Manager is usually just review the first two interviews and asking about the workplace situations (theft, sexual harassment, fraud). They're looking to see if you view these things as serious situations that require action (YES, THEY DO).

Interview
I got an email from the Colorado/Wyoming project deployment supervisor. It sounded promising at first and I figured it would lead to a phone conversation. Instead it was a back-to-back email exchange, which seems highly unusual for a company like Best Buy. I was ultimately ghosted by the supervisor after he learned that I don't have direct product merchandising experience (even though I have very transferable skills). It was highly unprofessional to be ghosted after a back-to-back exchange via email. Where was HR in this situation?
Very straight forward and easy interview. Questions seemed very templated to be used across all positions. They were not very concerned with previous work history. Overall a positive experience and I looked forward to working.

Interview
Just a brief phone interview to see if I was still interested and briefly explain my work experience, then a second in person interview with the phone interviewer as well as their supervisor to go more into detail with my experience
